Review // The Vision (Fallen Star #3) - Jessica Sorensen

Published - 23rd October 2011

Format - Kindle

Synopsis - Gemma thought she was trapped—that Stephan had finally won. But then time resets and she’s given another chance. The clock is ticking as Gemma tries to figure out how to change the vision that ends the world in ice. If she can, then maybe she can save the world from Stephan and give her and Alex a chance at a real future. But changing visions can be dangerous, and sometimes one small mistake can lead to disastrous results.

The 3rd book in the Fallen Star series felt like the shortest one yet - but that could entirely be down to the fact that it was non-stop awesome! Gemma comes into her own completely and rather than shying away and letting the group fight for her, she's completely badass and takes everything that is thrown at her.

In The Vision, more secrets are revealed, Gemma gets to grips with her new powers, and learns a few more a long the way, and naturally - she has to stop the world from ending. The date is coming fast and with the new information, Gemma has to do something, and soon.

Creepy faerie Nicholas is back again and Sorensen has us guessing all the way through on who he is, why he's there and ... is he going to help?  What I love the most about these books is that people are never who they seem to be. True to form, The Vision is no different and the characters are all mixed up, add emotions into that bag and whoa. Good people have the ability to do bad things and vice versa. And Alex. I love Alex.

As for the end, all I can say is that i'm glad I bought all of these books together and so I could move straight on to the final book...Watch this space!
